Equine Retail Support Specialist – Horslyx Carr’s Agriculture Ltd

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Equine Retail Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves visiting equestrian stores across the UK to ensure our products are well-stocked, effectively marketed, and that store employees are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our offerings.

Location

UK North Scotland Northumberland and Cumbria (1 Year Contract) – ideally the candidate would reside within the territory.

Key responsibilities

  • Store Visits: Regularly visit equestrian stores to monitor stock levels, ensure product displays are attractive.
  • Marketing Support: Deliver and set up marketing materials to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Inspire store employees to actively promote our products to customers.
  • Employee Training: Conduct training sessions for store employees, educating them about our products and inspiring them to promote our brand.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers, providing exceptional support and fostering a positive brand image.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from stores and customers to inform product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Educate store employees about the features and benefits of our products.
  • Ensure that employees can confidently recommend and sell our products to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to provide relevant information.
