Richard Nichol – Ticking along

February has gone well : all horses settled in there new stables and my yard has been expanded some what which brings with it new horses and lots more work !

I haven’t managed to get Cadillac out anywhere this month so he’s just been ticking over at home . I’ve been busy with new rides Arland H and Helsington Snap Decision both of which are now up and running.

Arland H has won two championships since joining me four weeks ago and we’re getting on like a house on fire! Hopefully March will see Helsington Snap Decision go to his first competition which is very exciting .

Storm Surge has picked up an abscess in his hind foot so is on box rest until it bursts out which has seen our entry withdrawn from our first BE event which is gutting but hopefully we will be back at some point ! So with the normal ups and downs of horses, the fact everything else is ok is a bonus and life is looking bright white!
